Before becoming a licensed real estate agent, I graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Labour and Workplace Studies with a minor in Business studies, which lead to a career in Labour Relations for one of Canada's largest employers.

In this managerial role, I gained nearly a decade of experience as a top negotiator in high-stress, high stakes environments.

My experience and expertise make me one of the most qualified people in the province to negotiate a favourable real estate contract for you.

My career in Labour Relations was extremely rewarding and provided me with life-long knowledge and incomparable experience, but the passion I had for real estate could not be ignored.

I personally bought and sold several properties prior to becoming a realtor and was attracted to the dynamic and exciting process of finding and securing a home or investment property.  I saw what works, what doesn't, and realized that this was an industry where I could bring together the best of all my skills to create the best possible outcome for clients.

My foundation in strong, knowledgable customer service, combined with my experience in negotiations is why I have been so successful in the industry so far, and why I really love my job.

After a number of very successful years in real estate, I moved my practice to RE/MAX Performance Realty in 2016 to partner with Scott Moore and the Moore Group. Together, we won the Team Gold Medallion, the highest award for Winnipeg REALTORS in both 2017 and 2018.

The RE/MAX brand is unbeatable, and as a powerful sales team, we can deliver a superior level of 24/7 service that is unparalleled in this business, and we all feel great about that.

I really enjoy keeping up with the ever-changing real estate industry, and particularly enjoy incorporating social media, graphic design, blogging and branding to improve my business and my clients' experience.

I have developed a specialty in working with clients to purchase homes with the goal of renovating the home for re-sale. I find this very rewarding and I have quite a bit of expertise in this area that I am happy to pass along.

Working with buyers remains my favourite aspect of the business--I enjoy the thrill of the search, the excitement of negotiating a good deal, and the satisfaction of helping people make good moves to set themselves up for happier lives.

Along with my career in real estate, my husband Lee and I are the happy parents of one busy little boy and two very busy rescue dogs. We are long-time Linden Woods residents, and we enjoy family time, traveling, graphic design, photography and exploring the greatness Winnipeg has to offer.

I welcome your business and your referrals and I promise to treat you like family.
