A PEOPLE PERSON IN A NUMBERS WORLD

My journey into real estate actually began when I was sitting on the other side of the desk—as a lender.  I began my banking career as a teller and quickly moved through the ranks to become a lender where I assisted clients with all kinds of financial products—but my favourite was always the people buying homes.

Although I love the simplicity of numbers, I am a true “people person” and using my time and knowledge to help others achieve their goals is what fills my heart.  My eye for detail and dedication to my clients helped me earn the highest rank in loans approved. If there was a way to get a loan approved, I found it. 

Buying and selling a few homes personally only made my attraction to a career in real estate burn brighter. I felt so aligned with the industry I had to be part of it. 


THE MOVE TO REAL ESTATE

Fast forward through marriage, 2 kids, buying a new build in Bridgwater and adding a puppy to the family; I continued to explore my passion for home design, landscaping and DIY; I also developed a pretty deep volunteer resume. While seeing my kids through to school age I became a master in patience, conflict resolution, time management and multi-tasking — finally the time was right to shift my career into real estate.

Not willing to let my reputation as an over-achiever slide, I completed my Manitoba Real Estate courses in record time with a 95% average plus obtained a grade of 97.5% in my New Home Sales course, making it clear that I was ready to make an impact. 


TODAY

Not willing to settle for anything but the best, I quickly made The Moore Group my professional home and I feel fortunate to be working alongside an insanely intelligent team.  Being surrounded by this level of talent and drive inspires me every single day. 

In real estate, I enjoy the thrill of the hunt for the perfect property, the challenge of the negotiation and the pride of helping people’s home dreams comes true.  I have specializations in new home sales and condo sales—both require incredibly detailed documentation and very particular expertise—which suits my detail-oriented nature perfectly.  Combined with my insider knowledge of the banking industry, I am confident that I provide absolutely top-level service to my clients

FAMILY LIFE

In my personal life, my friends say I’m kind of a positivity nerd.  I believe every day is a chance to learn from people around me, every interaction with another is an opportunity to grow. 

When I’m not engaged with clients, the happiness continues with family dining room dance parties, or on the field cheering on my kids doing what they love, surrounded by family, soaking up all of life’s moments. 

My husband and kids are my pride and joy and I’m conscious of the example I’m setting for them and do my best to be honest, kind hearted, tenacious and fun-loving in everything I do. 

We also love living in the dynamic community of Bridgwater Lakes, and as one of the first homes built in the area, we have enjoyed building connections in the neighbourhood and watching Bridgwater Centre develop and grow.
