    We will provide you with an honest, comprehensive and statistics-based Market Evaluation of your home’s value, and then we will market the home broadly and effectively to maximize the sale price.

  • Our goal is to get you the maximum amount of money for your home. We know that doesn’t happen by accident.

    Proper preparation of the home is critical which is why staging, cleaning, and professional photography is included with every one of our listings.

    We have a home styler on staff, who will meet with you for a room-by-room tour of your home, leaving you with a personalized list of simple and inexpensive tasks to effectively prepare your home for sale. We also offer a library of styling supplies such as artwork and decor items to fill any design gaps in your home, free of charge.

    Next, our team of professional cleaners will clean the home to give it a final sparkle. Again, this is free of charge. We schedule the cleaning for just prior to the home’s professional photo shoot, which we will design to showcase the area, the yard and exterior, and the interior of the home in its very best light.

Our home styler has a keen eye for design, and understands how to make a space work best. Our photographers are absolute artists. Our writers are experts at writing clear, concise and captivating content. Our marketing coordinator knows how, where, and when to place the content for maximum exposure. Our showings coordinator is dedicated to making every showing happen smoothly with the maximum notice. And once the sale is complete, our group administrator makes sure all the paperwork goes to the correct place.

    Its nearly impossible for one person to complete all these tasks effectively, which is why we are so proud to offer such a complete and well-rounded service.

  • We will tailor a marketing plan to your individual property and timeline. We use online, social media and conventional print advertising to generate maximum exposure for your home, which will help it to sell quickly and for the most amount of money.

  • The vast majority of home sales start with a buyer looking at listing online. In an online universe, it is crucial to entice buyers with professional quality photos and video and sophisticated content for every single listing, no matter the price point.

    Reach is also important. In addition to producing crisp, clean features for your home on MLS and on our website, we will share your home across all our social media channels, with a combined reach of over 17,000 active and engaged buyers.

  • Even in this digital age, an old-fashioned open house remains a great way to generate buzz and excitement about a property new to the market. We will make prospective buyers feel welcomed and give them a sense of celebration while viewing your home.

  • We have a Showings Coordinator on staff, and her job is to make sure that you get as much notice as possible about every showing that is requested. Having someone on the team that is dedicated to this task is a huge advantage as it decreases communication errors and increases client satisfaction!

    Generally, you will get a text with the requested date and time of your showing —although if you prefer phone calls, or if the showing request is last minute, you may get a call. Once you have confirmed the showing with the Showings Coordinator, she will confirm it with the buyer’s agent. Then your job is to leave the home in ship-shape, lights on, at least 20 minutes prior to the showing time.

    We request feedback from every agent that shows the home but we only get a response approximately 25% of the time. Any feedback that we receive is automatically shared with you, although if you prefer not to receive feedback, that’s fine too.

  • Our client is the person, not the property. You can take advantage of our state of the art marketing techniques and attention to detail to get the maximum profit for your home, regardless of the price point.

  • As a team of highly productive agents, we are regularly able to match our vendors and buyers together. In fact, 30% of all our sales in 2021 were matched without having to go to the MLS.

    In a low-inventory market, having access to homes before they hit the open market is a huge advantage for buyers. Vendors appreciate the privacy of this process and like knowing that potential buyers coming through the home are qualified and highly likely to want the home as it has been hand-selected for them by our team.
