THE COMMUTE

Scenic lakes & walking trails.

Over the last few years, Sage Creek has added so many new amenities to its already impressive list that you rarely have to leave! Located in a triangle between the perimeter, Bishop Grandin and Fermor, when you do have to leave, there are lots of quick and efficient ways to get in and out of the area. Located at the easternmost edge of the city, Sage Creek is also really popular with cottagers as you can jump on the highway and head out to lake country in a snap.

Sage Creek is also only a 16-minute drive to St. Boniface Hospital and just minutes beyond that to the Forks and Downtown. The University of Manitoba is also a 16 min drive to the west, with all the shopping you could need located in between.
