Proximity to Birds Hill Provincial Park is a huge feature of Life in East St. Paul. Birds Hill Park is an 8300-acre recreational paradise located just to the east of East St. Paul.

Offering a huge network of trails for horseback riding, snowmobiling, rollerblading or biking, a huge lake and beach, Birds Hill Park Ranch (offering boarding, trail rides and hayrides), polo fields, camping, and plenty more, the park also host the internationally-acclaimed Winnipeg Folk Festival in July of each year.

Silver Fox Estates is one of the best-kept secrets in Manitoba. This is a park built on an old quarry, offering spectacular views and fantastic walking trails. Accessible to all in the community, this is a fantastic spot to walk the dog, cycle, and enjoy life. Homes surrounding the area are obviously at a big premium—and if you ever get the chance to buy one, you should jump!

Springhill Winter Park is also just outside of town and offers skiing, snowboarding and tubing, plus lessons and rentals.

Summer in East St. Paul is also fantastic! Located about 10 Km from top-tier golf courses Elmhurst Golf & Country Club and Pine Ridge Golf Club and 72 Km from Winnipeg Beach— you can be out on the water in less than an hour from home.

Pritchard Farms is a beautiful development within East St. Paul that is one of the most desirable areas in the province. Developed in the last 15 years, it has the feel of an exclusive Toronto suburb. Landscaping is pristine, the lots are huge, and the construction was all done by premium builders. Houses in this area range from $600-$1.5M.

Otherwise, East St. Paul real estate is nearly all single-family homes, with the bulk of them priced between $400 and $700k. Most East St. Paul housing was built in the 1980s, so generally the lower the price point, the more mechanical or cosmetic updates there will be to do.
