Reid's Journey in Real Estate

I'm proud to call Winnipeg home. Having been born and raised here, I've had the opportunity to watch our city grow, evolve, and prosper over the years. It's a community I'm deeply connected to and one I'm grateful to serve every day.
A Career Built on Experience
I've been a practicing REALTOR® for more than a decade and during that time I've had the opportunity to work in nearly every corner of the real estate industry.
From pre-sale condominiums and new home sales to representing both buyers and sellers in the resale market, I've experienced a wide range of transactions and property types. One of the things I enjoy most about real estate is its variety. Every client, property, and transaction presents a unique opportunity to learn, problem-solve, and help someone achieve their goals.
After all these years, I can honestly say I haven't found an area of real estate that I don't enjoy.
The Skills That Make a Difference
Real estate is about much more than buying and selling homes. It's about understanding people, paying attention to details, and helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.
Throughout my career, I've developed a strong foundation in customer service and built a reputation for being analytical, detail-oriented, and thorough. Those qualities allow me to guide clients through complex decisions while ensuring no detail is overlooked.
Whether it's evaluating market conditions, negotiating on behalf of a client, or navigating the finer points of a transaction, I believe preparation and attention to detail make all the difference.
The Value of Teamwork
One thing I've always believed is that real estate is a team sport.
Throughout my career, I've worked in team-based real estate environments and have seen firsthand the value that collaboration brings to clients. Having the support, knowledge, and resources of a strong team allows us to provide a higher level of service and expertise.
That's one of the reasons joining The Moore Group was such an exciting opportunity. The team's commitment to professionalism, client care, and results aligned perfectly with my own approach to real estate.

Life Outside of Real Estate
While real estate keeps me busy, it's not my only passion.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll often find me writing. I've always enjoyed storytelling and have spent time working on novels that I hope may one day find their way to publication.
I'm also an avid golfer. While I'm realistic enough to know I'll probably never make a living from it, I still enjoy every opportunity I get to spend time on the course.
Both writing and golf have taught me lessons that carry over into my professional life. Patience, discipline, focus, and continuous improvement are qualities that serve me well both on and off the job.
Home and Family
At the end of the day, family is what matters most.
Today, my wife Heather, our son, our daughter, and I are proud to call River Pointe home. Being part of a growing community and raising our family here gives me an even greater appreciation for the importance of finding the right place to call home.
It's one of the reasons I enjoy helping others navigate their own real estate journeys.
