Generally, the cost to build a home runs around $200-300 per SQFT with Discovery Homes. We build homes across different styles and work within your budget.

Generally, it takes 8-12 months following the approval of permits however several factors can change the final build time including weather, availability of materials and suppliers, and the selections process.  

The building process begins by selecting a home plan and reserving a lot.

Next, you customize your design with help from our team, finalize your contract, and make design selections.

After breaking ground, you'll have a rough-in tour to review the construction, followed by a final walkthrough before moving in.

Once any last details are addressed, you’re ready to move into your Discovery built home.
